HOW DO I UPDATE MY ADDRESS?

If you entered the wrong address, please email us as soon as possible at hello@innerdreamer.com.

We can potentially update the address before your order ships, ensuring smooth delivery.

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, address changes are not possible.

We usually dispatch your orders 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Please note that we do not ship orders during the weekends.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COSTS?

We charge a flat rate of $5.99-$15 for shipping.

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150. We only offer standard shipping for now.

United States and Canada: 7-15 Business Days
Asia: 4-7 Business Days

RETURNS

WHAT IS THE RETURN & REFUND POLICY?

We have a 14 day return policy. Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase, if they meet our return requirements. Customers will fully bear the cost of return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, all Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the jewellery must – be unworn, unused and unopen in it's original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons.

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, in the event that an item is returned in a condition not satisfied by our criteria above, we will have to send it back to you and this may incur additonal costs.
